Her work gives her the platform to consistently strive to a better self, professionally and personally.

As a career woman and a mother, Christina acknowledges how far we have come and she looks forward to true gender parity for future of generations, “I have a daughter and the idea of her having limitless dreams is important to me. As a working Mom, I hope she draws learning from my experiences as much as witnesses my joy of waking up each day and heading to work at Sterling. The pace here is fantastic, there is always a new challenge and never a dull moment.”
