Sterling is excited to introduce new health testing services to help bring safety to your workplace in the COVID-19 era. We offer broad program coverage across your workplace – including employees, contractors, and others you do business with.
Active Virus (PCR) Testing
Informs whether an employee has the active SARS CoV-2 virus and potentially poses a risk of infecting others
Antibody Testing
Informs whether an employee has developed antibodies to the SARS CoV-2 virus, with a positive value indicating past infection1
Additional On-Site Testing
On-site services such as temperature checks, pop-up clinics, and wellness questionnaires can be combined with other testing

We Do the Work So You Can Focus on Your Business

Sterling can help with the heavy lifting to oversee, administer, and coordinate all the complex testing elements in a centralized, tech-enabled manner. As your trusted partner, we will:

  • Requisition tests with industry-leading lab partners
  • Send an email to an employee or candidate to register for their test
  • Work with the employee/candidate to register and provide consents to testing via the Sterling Hub
  • Either share with or send test results to both the employee and employer, once the lab conducts the analysis
  • Supply you with aggregate test reporting to help inform and refine your testing strategy
