This was one of three Stevie awards Sterling won this year; the company’s Verified Volunteers business won Gold for Customer Service Success, while Sterling also took home a Bronze Stevie for Customer Service.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals.
