As we have communicated in prior years, part of our commitment to you includes continued investment into our service delivery and technology innovations. While Sterling absorbs most of the increasing supply and operational costs, periodic price adjustments are necessary.

Effective March 1st, prices will increase by approximately two percent (2%), which will be reflected on your invoice scheduled to go out early April. The last increase, of approximately 2%, was two years ago and we would not expect to raise pricing in 2020 given this year’s action. We appreciate your understanding.
