Integration for ease of use
Sterling is partnering with Manpower on a project that seamlessly integrates Sterling’s screening services with Manpower’s Applicant Tracking System. Once complete, this integration project will allow Manpower’s recruiters to do everything they need to do without having to leave the system. “They’ll be able to handle their onboarding requirements from start to finish through our Sterling integration,” Sasha explains. “We’ll be able to package and group client-based requirements together so they can just put down the client package that they are looking to fulfill and not have to worry about any of the behind-the-scenes elements.”
Accuracy and speed
In an industry where there is little room for error, Sasha says she is keenly aware of the importance of not sacrificing accuracy for speed. With Sterling, she finds both. “Our efficiency efforts are supported by the way that Sterling partners with us,” she explains. “This comes from Sterling’s quarterly business review data, and from new products they bring to market that can help our business place people faster and more accurately.
“We also need to meet our clients’ requirements,” she continues, “and one huge example of that was when certain drug-screening services were made available to us. When we started using those services, we saw a three-quarters-of-a-day reduction in turnaround time for key components.”
