2016 HRO Today Named Sterling a Top Background Screening Provider

I’m proud to announce that Sterling has been included in “HRO Today’s 2016 Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction List of Top Background Screening Providers.”

Being included in this year’s Baker’s Dozen list is a testament to our commitment and we couldn’t be happier!

So how does the list work?

HRO Today invited 40 consumer reporting agencies (i.e., background screening companies) to participate and whittled the list down to 13 companies based on surveys of both the general marketplace and clients of each provider.

The overall rankings were based on the following categories:

  • Breadth of Services (Sterling was rated #1 here)
  • Size of Deal (Sterling was rated #2 here)
  • And most impactful to the overall rankings was Quality of Service (Sterling was rated #9 here)

Sterling’s Overall Ranking Was #7
