Connecticut Financial Institutions That Can Run Credit Checks For Employment Purposes

Effective October 1, 2014 Connecticut passed an amendment that expands the definition of financial institutions that can run credit checks for employment purposes. The list of entities now includes mortgage brokers, lenders and mortgage servicing companies.  The text of the amendment can be found here:
