Sterling India Honored with ‘Dream Companies to Work For’ Award in Three Categories at the 2019 World HRD Congress Awards

Sterling is proud to announce, our India office has been awarded the accolade of ‘Dream Companies to Work For’ by World HRD Congress. Known to be the largest HR event in the world, World HRD Congress welcomed over 1,870 professionals participating from over 133 countries, in this edition. The awards highlight outstanding business achievements in categories such as HR Technology, Diversity and Inclusion, women leaders in HR, among others. Sterling’s outstanding pro-people approach helped it capture the “Dream company” award in three categories: Fun at Work, Employee Engagement Company of the Year 2018 and Best CSR practice categories during the 27th annual World HRD Congress Awards ceremony.

Celebrating decades as a definitive HR award event, World HRD Congress now in its 27th Year, recognizes notable achievements in Human Resource across industries throughout the world. Award categories this year, included Global Talent Management, Employer Branding, Coaching Leadership, and more. The event is recognized for its stringent rules and prolific jury panel consisting of esteemed HR professionals from across a vast array of industries and fields. All applicant finalists undergo a rigorous, multi-step evaluation process by the executive council of HR industry leaders. Winners are selected following a live jury presentation to expert panels of judges.
